HOSPITAL CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Brim manages hospitals under contract to community organizations and local governments. This solution is extremely effective when the community prefers to retain control over its asset but needs outside expertise to stabilize the hospital and direct it on a path for growth.
In this scenario, the hospital pays Brim a base management fee for a contract that typically runs three to five years. Brim employs the hospital chief executive officer, who lives in your community and works directly with your board, physicians, and hospital managers to address your specific needs. The hospital retains authority over operations and investments in technology and equipment.
HOSPITAL CONSULTING SERVICES
Through a short-term, performance-improvement agreement, or coupled with an interim or contract management agreement, Brim's Focused Consulting specialists help make the changes happen that are required for your hospital's revitalization. Hospitals in financial or operational crisis may choose a project contract of this nature with Brim for resolutions of issues such as bond defaults, cash-flow improvement, operational performance improvement and restructuring, and aggressive accreditation/regulation survey recovery.
