Dave Woodland

President
Dave Woodland leads the overall strategic direction of the company and oversees operations, growth strategy, and financial performance. He draws from more than 30 years experience in healthcare and served as senior vice president and CFO for Brim since 1991. Prior to joining Brim, Woodland was CFO for the Lakewood Group, a hospital management and consulting firm in Madison, Wisconsin, and CEO of hospitals in Michigan and Illinois. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mark Turner

Sr. Vice President, Business Development
Mark Turner directs Brim's business development efforts by identifying market trends and assessing community hospital needs. He has more than 20 years experience in healthcare management, including 16 years with Brim. Mark previously served as vice president of operations for Brim's managed hospitals in the Midwestern and southeastern United States. He also served as CEO for a Brim-owned hospital and as the regional finance officer for several Brim-managed hospitals. Turner holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin. He is a Certified Healthcare Executive, a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Lynn Lambert

Sr. Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Lynn Lambert manages Brim's finances and oversees corporate accounting practices. She also ensures that Brim's capital structure, financial systems, controls, and forecasting models support the company's growth and expansion efforts. Lambert acts as a key liaison with the company's private equity investors. With over 20 years experience, she has served as a finance executive in both managed and not-for-profit hospitals and systems in the southeastern United States. Lambert earned a Master's of Business Administration degree from the University of Kentucky. She is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Lee Ann Lambdin

Vice President, Hospital Support Services
Lee Ann Lambdin provides strategic, business, and medical staff planning services to Brim hospitals, including market assessment and retreat facilitation. She also leads the Hospital Support Services team comprised of Brim's regional financial officers, professional services consultants, and physician recruiter. Prior to joining Brim, Lee Ann was vice president of planning and business development for Covenant Health in Knoxville, Tennessee. Lambdin holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. She is a Certified Healthcare Executive, and a member of the American Hospital Association's Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development.
Bob Brendgard

Vice President, Operations
Bob Brendgard oversees management of Brim's client hospitals in the Pacific Northwest and mountain states. He has over 30 years experience in hospital management, including 24 years with Brim. He has served in leadership roles at a variety of hospitals and healthcare institutions including Sunnyside Community Hospital in Sunnyside, Washington, the Okanagan County Medical Society, and the Washington State Hospital Association. Brendgard holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana.
Ray Ford

Vice President, Operations
Ray Ford oversees management services to Brim's client hospitals in the Midwest and southeastern states. With more than 30 years experience in healthcare management, Ford recently served as CEO for Brim-managed Lady of the Sea General Hospital in Cut Off, Louisiana. Prior to joining Brim, Ford served as president/CEO at the tertiary referral center at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe, Louisiana. He also held various executive level positions at Harris Methodist in Bedford, Texas, Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent De Paul in Birmingham, Alabama, and Sefton Health in Birmington. Ford holds a Master's of Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and was a long-time member of the Louisiana ACHE Regent's Council.
Steve Kinder
Vice President, Operations
Steve Kinder oversees management of Brim's client hospitals in the Midwest and northwestern states. He works closely with board members and CEOs to help achieve hospital mission goals. With 30 years healthcare experience, Kinder previously served as vice president of consulting services for all of Brim's managed hospitals. Prior to joining Brim, Kinder served as vice president of clinical services for Pyramid Health Solutions in Seal Beach, California. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington, and a Master's degree in Public Administration and Healthcare Management from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. Kinder is also a Certified Healthcare Executive of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Peter Klune

Vice President, Operations
Peter Klune oversees management of Brim's client hospitals in California and the southwestern states. He has over 20 years experience in hospital management and has served in leadership roles at a variety of hospitals and healthcare institutions including the Alvarado Hospital Medical Center and Sharp Healthcare in San Diego, California. Klune holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Greg Voss

Vice President, Operations
Greg Voss oversees management services to Brim's client hospitals in the Midwest and eastern United States. He develops new programs and innovative strategies that help hospitals succeed in today's hospital management environment. Governance education, turnaround management, and start-up implementations are special career accomplishments. With over 30 years experience, Voss has served in various executive level positions. Prior to joining Brim, he was executive vice president/CEO at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, Illinois. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.
