Brim operates Pikes Peak Regional Hospital in Colorado in an innovative, successful relationship with the local Pikes Peak Regional Foundation. Brim holds a 10-year operating lease on the facility, assuming financial risk and management for all operations, while the Foundation holds title to the land and the beautiful new facility. Pikes Peak is an excellent example of a community gaining access to national operating expertise and resources for its asset.

Brim is presently acquiring community hospitals in selected markets and will operate them as sole owner or in a joint venture. Selling or leasing a hospital to Brim provides the facility with:

Capital resources for investment in technology and equipment
Support for physician recruitment and medical staff development
Expertise to manage the facility efficiently and grow services via Brim's proven management systems in such areas as clinical resource and supply chain management
